Creative
The Creatives Jersey provides support to likeminded creative business people who enjoy brainstorming new ideas, thinking outside the box and generating a supportive network of friendship and inspiration. Each member is valued and has the opportunity to share their goals and aspirations, to seek/provide advice. Current members include artists, architects, designers, marketing and advertising professionals and small business owners.
D&I Circle (for men and women)
The circle is designed to actively encourage men to support women in business. We are there to call out the wrong behaviours and support the women’s circles to achieve their goals and spread the word.

Law
The Lean In to Law Jersey circle meets about once a quarter and is a circle specifically for Lean In Jersey CI Network members that work within the legal industry to discuss industry related topics, issues and support each other day to day in career development and the personal challenges we may face.
Human Resources
The HR Circle meets once a month and is specifically for Lean In Jersey CI Network members that work within the HR industry to discuss industry related topics and issues. Technical HR issues are debated and the forum is regularly used to discuss best practice in HR policy and procedures. The group supports each other day to day in career development and the personal challenges we may face.
When Sarah invited me to the first meeting I was unsure what to expect. I was delighted to find I had the opportunity to tap into, and contribute to, a select group of energised professionals who value sharing best practice and thinking through approaches and decision making in a safe, confidential space.
